When we come to work, we are part of a community. Everyone we work with, including colleagues, suppliers and customers, should feel safe, respected and supported.
We are introducing OUR RULES. OUR STANDARD. to help us challenge the small number of behaviours that are not acceptable. It is about the 99% reinforcing what is right to the 1% and strengthening the community we all belong to.
