OUR RULES. OUR STANDARD. are simple and common sense rules that set out how we should treat each other every day. If you still have questions, please check out some frequently asked questions below.

Most of us at Numatic already know and adhere to standards and rules without needing a reminder. Unfortunately, a minority of our colleagues, need reminding from time to time so that we all feel comfortable and safe at work.
If you are ever unsure speak to your line manager, a colleague or the HR team.
We recognise this can often be a really difficult thing to do. If you don’t feel able to call it out in the moment or after reflection, speak to a line manager, a trusted colleague or the HR team.
No, your first stop is to speak to your line manager, however if you can’t for any reason the HR team will always help. Your line manager may well be able to be deal with it there and then. However, for more serious issues or if there are repeated instances then the HR team can assist.

There are several ways to do this, speak to or email your line manager or the HR team. You can also email [email protected] or call the Respect telephone number on 01460 712780. This is a confidential service that only the HR Director and Wellbeing Officer can access. You can also put your concerns in writing, however if you don’t provide your name, it is sometimes very difficult for investigation to take place.

There is no definitive list, however if something happens that makes you or a colleague feel uncomfortable then it’s probably the right thing to talk it through with a colleague, line manager or the HR Team.
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) 
    Our EAP provides specialist services designed to improve overall wellbeing and mental health. FREE 100% confidential support in a wide range of difficulties including finances, relationships, mental health and so on. The EAP is also free to all family members.
