Sales and Operations Planning Manager

About the Role:

The Sales & Operations Planning Manager will lead a small team and be responsible for designing and delivering
the implementation of forecast data and the evolving methodology. Working strategically to improve customer on time delivery, providing the company with an efficient, cost effective planning solution, directly effecting margin and overall company performance.
They will support the Operations Planning Manager and the overall planning department with high quality data
analysis, business process assessment and improvements. Accountable for the development and creation of
training support, the business intelligence dashboard and other report requirements, across the Operations and
Commercial departments. The Sales & Operations Planning Manager will develop and support the strategic and
long-term goals by driving project requirements for forecast, planning process improvements. Managing major
peaks of pressure.

About the Role:

The Customer Engagement Centre Supervisor will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees,
overseeing the day-to-day performance within the customer engagement centre. You will communicate departmental goals and service deadlines to the team, whilst ensuring the delivery of professional customer service within a sales focused environment.

You will have full knowledge of all aspects of the Customer Engagement Centre activities reflecting the multiskilled
environment and will manage information to best influence the performance of the team to deliver against Key Service KPI’s. You will be accountable for excellence in internal and external customer service provision, driving an increase in revenues and maximising up sell opportunities. In collaboration with the Marketing and Communication team you will understand social media impact and lead various social omni-channel campaigns to further enhance reach across all customer demographics.

Weekend Warehouse Operatives

About the Role:

We are looking for, enthusiastic and motivated applicants with a positive can-do attitude, eye for attention to detail, with manual dexterity, who are keen to learn and enjoy a fast-paced working environment. Ideally you will have had previous manufacturing experience, but the ability to work effectively in a team and be committed and reliable are far more important.

You will be required to operate within a warehouse environment, this role will entail the following:

  • Scanning
  • Picking & Packing
  • Pallet wrapping

About the Role:

The Contact Centre Trainer will be responsible for defining a structured learning journey for the Customer Engagement Team; to continue ongoing development. You will build a dedicated training resource that is focussedon improving the skillsets of the Customer Engagement Team.

You will plan your own work to meet set objectives and will work proactively and reactively, implementing activities to drive excellence in departmental training and be accountable for carrying out a variety of tasks ensuring relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes work effectively.

Providing specialist technical advice to junior and middle management, you will have responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest of standards.
