Numatic International Ltd operates its business in a responsible manner and recognises the importance of paying its taxes as they become due.
Numatic International Ltd makes best efforts to comply with the relevant national legislation and OECD guidelines in each jurisdiction in which we operate.
Numatic International Ltd does not set up or operate artificial tax structures, and does not operate within tax havens. However, Numatic International Ltd will participate in incentive schemes which are available to it by way of its ordinary operational business dealings. For example, Numatic International Ltd claims R&D, Capital Allowance and Patent benefits under relevant legislation.
Numatic International Ltd follows the OECD guidelines, and regularly reviews its Transfer Pricing arrangements for trade between its constituent entities on an arms-length basis.
The day-to-day responsibility for management of tax affairs falls with the relevant Numatic International Ltd group company, and overall responsibility lies with the Finance Director. All communications and engagements with tax authorities will be managed on an open and collaborative basis.
