As an EMC Engineer, you will be an important and pivotal member of the compliance team, providing support and extensive technical guidance.

Customer Engagement Centre Supervisor

About the Role:

The Customer Engagement Centre Supervisor will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees,
overseeing the day-to-day performance within the customer engagement centre. You will communicate departmental goals and service deadlines to the team, whilst ensuring the delivery of professional customer service within a sales focused environment.

You will have full knowledge of all aspects of the Customer Engagement Centre activities reflecting the multiskilled
environment and will manage information to best influence the performance of the team to deliver against Key Service KPI’s. You will be accountable for excellence in internal and external customer service provision, driving an increase in revenues and maximising up sell opportunities. In collaboration with the Marketing and Communication team you will understand social media impact and lead various social omni-channel campaigns to further enhance reach across all customer demographics.

This role is tailored to someone with a background in engineering or science, possessing substantial expertise in intellectual property (IP) and the broader IP landscape or graduates with 2-3 years experience who have completed an approved intellectual property course.
